James G. Henry
Port Clinton June 27- James G. Henry, 80, died in his home here. Born in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County, a son of the late Elias and Ellen (Bachman) Henry, he had been employed as a brakeman by the Reading Co. before retiring 17 years ago. His wife, Ida R. (Mohl) Henry, died June 30, 1935. He was a member of the Port Clinton Fire co. and the P. &. R. Relief Assn. Henry is survived by three daughters: Ellen M., wife of Raymond Wink, Hamburg; Jennie G., wife of John Eyer, Shoemakersville R.D. 1, and Ida R., wife of John H. Hardinger, this community. Four sons: Raymond C. and George, both of Port Clinton; William F. of Hamburg, and John J. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and a stepsister, Mrs. Elsie Beam, Harrisburg. Services will be held Friday at 1:30 in the Burkey & Spact Funeral Home, Hamburg, the Rev. Warren O. Ziegler officiating. Burial will be made in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg.
